I have been trying to return the add-on pack I received from Fiorenzato-usa. I accidentally ordered Add-On Pack. The Pietro grinder I received from Amazon already has an add-on pack included. So, I contacted Fiorenzato-USA multiple times through their customer support. But I have not received any of replies. I guess their customer support is not existing. Best grinder but worst customer service!
Store owner replied: Jae, Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry we missed your calls regarding this issue. A RMA and return label have been sent to you email to send the add-on pack back. Thank you for choosing Fiorenzato USA!
very solid holder and funnel. and nice quality of brush. If you guys launch new product, I would buy again.
It is too tight to take off and on for each use. If you keep it on all the time, you can’t insert it all the way in or you won’t be able to take it apart easily. I might end up cutting the top of the stand off to make it work. Also, it is really expensive for two pieces of plastic. The ergonomics of the Pietro have been a huge disappointment and this is add on pack is a disappointment as well.
Add on pack is great! Improves the UX
Parts were missing. Replacement package took weeks, finally has to cancel.
The product itself is great! However, it took almost two month to get it because the US factory was on the summer break and I was never notified about that. I had to contact their support to figure out why I was not getting any updates on the order status for over a month.
The stand is good in stabilizing the grinder when in use, but opens up other workflow issues as well. It hugs the grinder very tightly so it's intended to stay on for good... This is not ideal if it's in your workflow to brush out the grinder after every use as the chamber the stand creates sort of make brushing a bit difficult. Lastly, although this has nothing to do with the performance whatsoever, but they can do a smaller more compact packaging for the add on pack.
Makes it stable and easy to use, but giving 3 stars because the price point for something that should've been bundled with the original product to correct a common issue that many were outspoken about feels like a poor decision. They made a great grinder but this is basically $75 for 2 plastic pieces. Make this included in the base set when the next version is made.
must have add ons.
