FLAT FEE RETURNS

Within 30 days, grinders can be returned with an RMA. Accessories are accepted 365 days a year. Contact our customer service department for an RMA# to get your flat rate $6 shipping label. You can send merchandise back to us using your own shipping method but you are responsible for all tracking information and insurance. Fiorenzato-USA is not liable for return shipments that don't include our return shipping label. RMA # is still required if you use your own shipping method. All other policies apply.
