The Fiorenzato F83 E PRO SENSE ADAPT is built for high-volume cafés that need speed, precision, and consistency all day long. Sense Technology automatically weighs each dose as you grind, eliminating guesswork and waste. Master Mode takes care of workflow by detecting your portafilter’s weight and auto-starting a single or double dose. No buttons needed.
With powerful 650-watt performance and large 83 mm Dark-T flat burrs, it handles peak rushes with ease. The detachable PRO chamber makes cleaning fast without losing your grind setting. Add in clean, low-static dispensing and a responsive IPS touchscreen, and you’ve got a powerhouse grinder designed for serious café performance.
ADAPT adds recipe protection without taking control away from the barista. A simple wired kit connects the grinder to the flow meters on any espresso machine. It learns your target extraction, watches shots in real time, and tells you how to correct when they start to drift. You stay in full manual control. There are no motors that auto-adjust the grind. Disable ADAPT and it keeps running as a standard SENSE unit, so service never stops.
